Internship program

MOCA’s internship program offers students and recent graduates an exciting opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a non-profit. All of our interns will participate in professional development seminars, outreach initiatives, and hands on work experience in their chosen program area. Through the internship participants will learn valuable professional skills that they will be able to carry with them throughout the rest of their careers. Internship opportunities are available in the following program areas:

This program is open to students currently working towards a degree at the college and graduate level such as an MFA, Masters, and MBA. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply. While your discipline or major is important, we also seek individuals with a deep level of interest and discipline.


Interns are required to commit 14 work hours or more per week for an 8-10 week period. MOCA’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is an un-paid internship. Applications are open year round with interns hired on a rolling basis.
