诚邀患有失智症的访客以及他们的家庭成员或护理人员,参加MOCA每月如期举行的新型公共项目。在讲普通话的教育家带领下,项目参与者们将参观博物馆画廊,深入理解展览中的历史信息及艺术品,并在引导下进行小组讨论。参观完画廊之后,我们将在博物馆的教室内进行艺术创作。本月的项目主题将探讨中国移民和美籍华人如何与家人一起,以悠久的传统习俗及中国节日美食来庆贺农历新年。

 

请项目参与人者于下午1点30分到达博物馆大厅,我们将提供免费的茶歇及甜点。

Visitors with dementia, together with their family members or care partners, are invited to the launch of MOCA’s newest monthly program. Facilitated by Mandarin-speaking educators, participants will explore the museum’s galleries, making personal connections and engaging in guided conversations. The tour will be followed by art-making in the museum’s classroom. This month’s program will explore how Chinese immigrants and Chinese Americans ring in the Lunar New Year with food, family, and traditions.

 

Visitors are encouraged to arrive at 1:30 pm for complimentary tea and snacks.
