Minyi Su is a strategic marketing executive and proud mother, currently serving as Head of Marketing at Bluemercury, where she is leading a bold brand transformation rooted in storytelling, community, and emotional connection. Minyi has elevated Bluemercury’s brand through social-first campaigns, refreshed creative, and compelling storytelling that brings beauty to life in a more personal, inclusive way. Her work has strengthened consumer love for the brand while deepening its cultural relevance. From revitalizing brand identity to building digital campaigns that spark conversation, she focuses on creating marketing that moves people.

Previously, Minyi held leadership roles at Estée Lauder Companies, David Yurman, and McKinsey & Company. While at McKinsey, she co-founded Asians at McKinsey, a global community that champions AAPI voices, allyship, and belonging. This passion for representation and storytelling continues to shape her leadership today.

Minyi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. As a second-generation immigrant and working mom, she brings a personal lens to her professional mission-uplifting stories, building community, and helping brands connect with people in meaningful ways. She is honored to contribute her perspective to MOCA’s Young Advisory Board and support its mission of preserving and amplifying the Chinese American experience.
