FASHION AT MOCA

Families with children between the ages of 5 and 10 are invited to join us for these upcoming workshops. Each 90-minute program explores a different theme and includes guided looking and discussion in MOCA's galleries followed by hands-on art making.

Workshops begin at 11am and end at 12:30pm.

Space is limited, reservations required. RSVP via e-mail at education@mocanyc.org.

$10 for Adults, $6 for Children, FREE for MOCA Members.
 

Color, Pattern, Texture, Textiles

During this 90-minute workshop for families with children between the ages of 5 and 10, kids and adults will be introduced to MOCA’s Shanghai Glamour and Front Row exhibitions and explore the array of textures, colors and patterns used by designers to create the garments on display. After, participants will have the chance to experiment with textiles of all types and make collages inspired by their experience in the Museum’s galleries.
